Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Royal Herbs, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in case something goes wrong, here's how cancellations and refunds work:


1. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after this window.

  • Cancellations can be made via the account dashboard (if available) or by emailing info@royalherbs.in.


2. Returns

We only accept returns for products that are damaged upon delivery.

  • No returns for reasons like wrong product choice or change of mind.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • No replacements will be issued.

  • Customers must email info@royalherbs.in with clear proof (unboxing video or photos).

  • Returns without proof will be automatically rejected.

  • Return requests may be managed via the dashboard in the future.


3. Refunds

  • Once a return request is received, it will be reviewed within 3 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) for refunds is 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Actual credit timelines may vary based on your payment provider or bank.
